The Employee Happiness Awards is a prestigious platform dedicated to celebrating the most inspiring stories of employee well-being and happiness. Conceptualised by Plan3Media, renowned for organizing transparent and merit-based award ceremonies, this initiative honours companies that genuinely prioritise the happiness and well-being of their employees. After two successful editions, we are thrilled to bring the Employee Happiness Awards to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, where we will continue to recognize and reward the top organisations committed to fostering a positive workplace culture.

Nomination Process

It’s a simple 4-steps process, from start to finish

Submission of Online
Nomination Form

All aspiring nominees are required to submit an online nomination form that requests basic company information, the categories they wish to participate in, and a brief write-up on why they deserve to win in their chosen categories.

Please note you can nominate in maximum 4 company categories.

4^th November - 5^th March, 2025

Announcement of
Finalists

On the basis of the brief write-up in the online nomination form, deserving companies will be announced as the finalists of the Employee Happiness Awards 2025.

Presentations to the
Jury

All finalists will be required to make a 20-minute presentation to the EHA Jury to further substantiate their nominations. The presentations will be held virtually and the Jury will identify the winners on the basis of these presentations.

Announcement of
Winners

The winners will be announced in a Gala Awards Ceremony that will be held on Wednesday, 28^th May, 2025.

Please note you can nominate in maximum 4 company categories. Nominating in up to 3 company categories is free. After that, a nomination fee of USD 100 will be charged for the 1 additional company category.
